We had a bit of a delay during check-in as our room wasn't ready, but the staff at Escala were very apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. They promptly fixed the issues with the TV and phone in our room, and when we still weren't satisfied with the location, they relocated us to a quieter room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The buffet breakfast, although limited at times, was still decent. we had a pleasant stay at Escala and would recommend it for its good service and comfortable accommodations.

I got great value for my money at Escala. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the main square and with plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed a room for my family member who uses a walker. The hot water was always available, and the water pressure was good. I also appreciated the laundry service and the basket of snacks in the room.

Breakfast items could be improved with better refillings. Sometimes there was a wait for basic things like bread and hot water.

We were impressed with the superb location of the hotel, just two blocks from the city center. The girls at the reception desk were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to restaurants and coffee shops were also positive aspects.

Although there were some cons mentioned in the database, such as the room not being ready upon arrival and issues with the TV and phone, we did not experience any of these problems during our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory with enough options to choose from.

The showers had hot water and good water pressure, with plenty of space. The breakfast was fantastic, although the dining room got really hot in the summer, but overall the room was GREAT with powerful air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The only challenge was locating the hotel, as it was tucked away in an alley, but that's understandable given space constraints in the city. Everything was super, thanks!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of town. It is close to the main square, where you can find good restaurants and coffee shops. it is conveniently located near the park from where colectivos depart to Lambayeque, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hot seasons.

I had a wonderful stay at Escala. The hotel felt new and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was so helpful and even printed out my travel documents for me. I also loved the included breakfast, especially the choice of fruit and yogurt. I would highly recommend this hotel.
